What is the quality of the stickers?
Our custom stickers are printed on premium 95µ thick durable vinyl with a high-gloss finish (or holographic if selected). Made from high opacity film that's impossible to see through, they feature fast and easy bubble-free application. Each sticker is kiss-cut for smooth peeling with a border around your design. The blank sticker material is sourced from Japan, ensuring premium quality that lasts years.
How long does shipping take?
Your custom sticker will typically arrive within 4-8 business days throughout Europe. Each sticker is printed on-demand after your order is confirmed to ensure the highest quality. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I order multiple stickers at once?
Yes! Select the quantity option above to order multiple copies of your custom sticker. Order 3 or more and get FREE shipping! Each sticker is individually cut and ready to use.
What if the AI result isn't what I expected?
If you're not satisfied with the generated result, you can go back and try a different style or upload a new photo. You have 5 free generations per day to experiment. Pro tip: Crop your photo in your phone's photo editor before uploading to include only the subject you want on the sticker. This helps the AI better recognize what to cut out and style, especially for cutout and background removal.
What if I'm not happy with my sticker?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there's an issue with printing, shipping damage, or quality concerns, please contact us at info@pixremix.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
Are the stickers waterproof and weather-resistant?
Yes! Our vinyl stickers are fully waterproof and weather-resistant. They're perfect for water bottles, laptops, car windows, phone cases, and outdoor use. The colors won't fade, and the sticker won't peel or crack under normal use.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Your payment data is encrypted and handled with bank-level security.
Can I use my sticker on any surface?
Our stickers work best on clean, flat, smooth surfaces like laptops, phone cases, water bottles, notebooks, car windows, and mirrors. For best results: 1. Apply to dust-free, oil-free, and moisture-free surfaces, 2. Press down with a clean cloth after application to avoid air bubbles, 3. Apply correctly the first time—reapplication reduces stickiness. Note: Stickers work best on flat surfaces. On curved or cylindrical items, adhesion may vary. The sticker paper is white, so transparent backgrounds aren't possible.
What are kiss-cut stickers?
Kiss-cut stickers are cut around your design shape while leaving the backing paper intact, creating a white border for easy peeling. This cutting method ensures smooth removal and precise edges, making application effortless. Your custom design can be cut in any shape, and the white border provides grip for peeling without damaging the sticker. Note: The white border may not be fully visible in the preview image, but it will be present on your final sticker.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Since each sticker is custom-made specifically for you and printed on-demand, we don't offer returns or exchanges on personalized orders. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we'll gladly replace your sticker or provide a refund. Contact us at info@pixremix.com with any concerns within 7 days of delivery.
